Divna Ljubojević has been been professionally singing and conducting since the age of 17.

She has had a devoted international audience for over two decades, while numerous critics and media have referred to her voice as “angelic”.

All of her 25 album releases (of which twelve are international publications) were met with exceptional reviews globally, both from music experts and listeners.

Along with her ensemble – MELÓDI – Divna has performed over 600 concerts worldwide.

From 2001 on, Divna also lectures at various European music seminars and holds vocal master classes.

“While listening to Divna Ljubojević you will be awarded heavenly light, who through use of her voice pushes the boundaries of our understanding of beauty, harmony and spirituality.” – remarked a music critic.

Italian composer Franco Battiato also acknowledged these qualities, and cast Divna as the leading soloist in his 2011 opera “Telesio”, which premiered in Italy as the first holographic opera in the world.

For director Yann Arthus-Bertrand’s acclaimed 2015 movie “Human”, Divna provided vocals for Arman Amar composition “Jerusalem”.

During her longstanding career as a soloist, conductor, composer and arranger, Divna has collaborated with local and international opera soloists, instrumental chamber ensembles, reputable pop musicians, and has contributed recordings for various films and plays.

Professional communities place Divna among the leading specialists of the musical tradition of countries of Byzantine cultural heritage, and as an “unprecedented star of 21st century Orthodox music”.
