Constantin Lupu attended the School of Church Chanters in Galati, under the guidance of Prof. Paul Dumitrașc and Master Eugen-Dan Dragoi and has been a chanter in the Church of Saints Constantine and Helen in Galati since 2007.

He attended undergraduate and master courses at Andrei Saguna Faculty of Theology in Sibiu, with the renowned Rev. Dr. Vasile Grăjdian as his BA and MA thesis supervisor. After completing his Theology studies he attended courses of Musical Interpretation and Singing at the Faculty of Arts in Galati and deepened his studies with a Master's degree in Theory and Practice of Lyric Opera Performance.
He is a Baritone soloist of the Nae Leonard Opera and Operetta National Theatre in Galați, a professor of choir music at ”Sf. Andrei” Orthodox Theological Seminary in Galati, a founding member and conductor of the Ortodoxia Psaltic Choir, and the founder of the Kalofonis Vocal-Instrumental Ensemble.
